What information do we collect? How do we use it?

• When you request a complimentary custom book, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, school, course enrollment, and adoption decision date. This allows us to process and fulfill your request. This also allows us to verify that you are either a college-level teaching professional or someone who is otherwise qualified to adopt a textbook.
• When you register for our My Primis option, we need only an e-mail address, which we use to group together your current and previous complimentary custom book requests. (We do not check the accuracy of that e-mail address, so you may use any unique ID you wish.)
• When you submit a Help/Feedback request or comment, we ask for your e-mail address, so that we can respond to you.
• When you e-mail us, any information you supply is used to resolve your concern or problem and to reply to you. The information is stored only in the recipient's records, and not on the website itself.
